Here are the Top Nine greatest places in Chattanooga for your fun photography session that my families love the most:

1. Renaissance Park - We can shoot here any time of year because of how the light comes through this area. The light shining through in the evening is especially stunning. It offers a soft glow, and when the trees are green, it’s really special. There are many options for backdrops like bridges, stairs, walking paths, and greenery. The Tennessee River and the Walnut Street Bridge are close, too.

2. Walnut Street Bridge – If you want an iconic spot in Chattanooga, this is it! Maybe you’ve walked across the bridge many times or you just like how it looks. The blue color pops in a photograph making it a great backdrop for your family photos!

3. Under the Bridges – This location includes a wide expansive view of the river. The sun sets behind both bridges giving a gorgeous glow as it begins to hit the water. White walls, greenery, the Walnut Street Bridge, and the Tennessee River are also here as background options.

4. West Village (Westin area) - This spot has become one of my favorites. It offers a city vibe and numerous photo options. The umbrella alley, white walls, rooftops, and cityscapes have everything you need for an urban photoshoot that shows off downtown Chattanooga. Families love this area as much as I do.

5. Point Park - This Lookout Mountain location offers one of the best views of Chattanooga. Here, we get dramatic images with boulders, mountains, the Tennessee River, and the downtown area.

6. Greenway Farms - A classic family photo shoot location. It offers many different backdrops such as rolling hills, beautiful pathways, an old cabin, and even a water feature. Wide open spaces for kids to run and be themselves!

7. Moccasin Bend Area - We have to hit this spot at the right time of year for the tall grass, but when we do, it’s magical! Lookout Mountain is in the background and the wide-open field is gorgeous!

8. Chickamauga Battlefield - Another gorgeous location for wide open fields and tall grass! It’s a great space for large family photo shoots or just you and your kids.

9. Your Home - If you have a setting at your home that you love, I am happy to come to you!
